From Nairobi city, the capital of Kenya with its tall buildings, businesses and its cosmopolitan nature, to the central part of Kenya, rich in Agricultural activities and mount Kenya to the semi arid of the Northern part of the country which harbors Samburus’ and the game reserve with its unique species of Animals like the gravy Zebra, Reticulated Giraffe, Oryx and the Generuk Antelope.
You will descend down the floor of the Great rift valley to view the alkaline Lake Nakuru with its multi million lesser flamingos and the pelicans.
The tour will also take as to the dry Maasai Country with some parts of the rolling Savannah grassland which sustains the Eco system in Maasai Mara game reserve, the home of the big five with many plain game animals not forgetting the Mara river which is the gateway of annual migration of wildebeests and Zebras.

Day 1. Nairobi – Samburu Game Reserve

Travel by road to Kenya’s northern frontier through the beautiful Kikuyu farmland. Wild and rugged, Samburu Game Reserve is fiercely beautiful with its arid Savannahs watered by the lovely Ewaso Nyiro River to commence your 6 days cheap budget camping safari holiday from Nairobi. It is also one of Kenya’s most protected areas and home to species only found north of the equator, from the Reticulated Giraffe to Grevy’s Zebras and Beisy Oryxes. Lunch in Nanyuki. On arrival, you will enjoy evening introductory game drive.

Day 2. Samburu Game Reserve

This day, you will enjoy the early morning and evening game drives. We will be looking for the rare species of animals and the also will pursue Elephants, Lions, Leopards, and Cheetahs that thrive in the reserve’s grasslands and Acacia woodlands. And so the day is spent in alternating pursuits of exploration in the bush and relaxation in our campsite.

Day 3. Samburu Game Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast drive down to the floor of the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park, making a brief stop at Nyahururu Thompson's Falls. Arrive in Nakuru for lunch. The afternoon is spent on another exciting game drive in the Park. Besides the Flamingoes that the lake is famous for, there are approximately 400 other species of birds visiting the lake. In addition, the wildlife to be found in the Park including the introduced Rothschild's Giraffes, Black and white Rhinos, Waterbucks, Reedbucks, Lions, Buffaloes, Leopards, Baboons and many species of plains game.

Day 4. Lake Nakuru National Park – Maasai Mara Game Reserve

After early breakfast at the hotel, continue your affordable camping tour to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve–jewel Wildebeest migration and is a true home of the big five-Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Rhino and Cape Buffalo. After lunch, explore the Reserve on a late evening game drive.

Day 5. Discover Maasai Mara Game Reserve

A full day will be spent in the Mara with morning and afternoon game drives in search for great predators and perhaps even cubs continues. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and Leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During our stay we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Maasai people or early morning balloon ride at a cost.

Day 6. Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Nairobi

Early morning tea/coffee or Hot chocolate then depart for a morning pre-breakfast game drive. Back to the accommodation for breakfast, then depart to Narok for lunch to arrive in Nairobi in the evening to end your affordable budget travel.
