There are plenty of things to do in Zanzibar, including snorkeling, diving, and swimming in the turquoise waters, exploring the historic Stone Town, visiting spice farms, and taking a sunset cruise. You can also indulge in delicious seafood and another local cuisine, and shop for unique souvenirs and handicrafts.
This trip takes you to three places: Stone Town Tour, Safari blue trip, and Mnemba Island, all this happens in a span of 5 days.

• Breakfast at the hotel then departure at 9:00 am, travel to Prison Island, home of Aldabra giant tortoises. Bordered by an incredible Reef Sanctuary Beach, the island is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing on the beach, returning to Stone Town at 2:00 PM. • At 2:00 PM, after returning from Prison Island, you will begin the Stone Town City tour which will introduce you to the historical culture and the important architectural city of Zanzibar with a history of a century. It includes a visit to the former slave market site, which now stands as the Anglican Church built in 1871, the town market, the visit to Zanzibar Memorial Museum, the House of Wonders built-in 1883 (Beit- Al-Ajab), the Old Arab Fort, Palace Museum, Old Indian Dispensary (Cultural Centre) to Muruhubi Palace Ruins via Living Stone House. • The tour ends at 5:00 p.m. and the guide will take you back to your hotel for an overnight stay
Early breakfast at the hotel then depart for a full-day Safari Blue Tour 7:30hrs pick from the hotel to Fumba village for your trip to safari blue. This is the trip going around the sea through 3 different islands. Starting with snorkeling then having snacks in the sand bank and swimming for some time. After that you have a seafood barbeque lunch on another island called Kwale then take you to a mangrove area where you can see the natural swimming pool on the sea. Around 16:30 will be the end of your tour. Transfer back to the hotel after the tour you be changing accommodation to ab beachfront hotel Accommodation at Bahari Villa in Matemwe beach
Early breakfast at the hotel Pick up at 9:00 am the boat captain will pick you up from your hotel to the boat and start the trip to Mnemba Island for snorkeling, approximately 3 km off the northeast coast of Zanzibar. Encircled by a large coral reef, this is certainly the stuff of your tropical dreams, considered the best snorkeling spot in Zanzibar with the most exclusive diversity of marine life in Africa. Most of the sites surrounding the island are colorful and flourishing, making snorkeling fun at any time of year. The tour ends at 2:30 p.m. and returns to your hotel. Zanzibar is laying on the warm Indian Ocean, 6 degrees from the Equator. The climate is reasonable with a constant temperature of 21 – 33 Celcius degrees. However, this is subjected to the seasonal northeast monsoon winds, blowing day and night from November to March (the Zanzibar summer). The temperature is then about 26 – 34 Celcius degrees with humidity. The southwest monsoon winds blow from the beginning of June to mid-October (the Zanzibar winter). Then the temperature is about 21 – 29 Celcius degrees. The rainy season is from April to the end of May, although one should expect showers at any time throughout the year.

Yes, you can wear shorts in Zanzibar, to the beach, and within your accommodation. Walking around shirtless for men is culturally unacceptable, while women wearing mini-skirts and skimpy clothes is offensive culturally. Be sure to cover up when visiting places like Stone town, mosques, and others.
Zanzibar is a semi-autonomous part of Tanzania and therefore does not require you to have a separate visa to get to Zanzibar, for as long as you have a visa for Tanzania. Tanzania visas can be acquired on arrival, but applying before travel is recommended.
Yes, you do. The recommended vaccinations that you should get include cholera, yellow fever, tetanus, typhoid, rabies, meningitis, hepatitis A&B. Similarly, some travelers do malaria tablets. Take time to consult your physician for various vaccinations that you may need if not taken already.
