Your unforgettable journey begins bright and early in Nairobi. You will depart from Wilson Airport on a scheduled light aircraft transfer to the Maasai Mara. As you ascend, enjoy the panoramic views of the African landscapes before descending into the wild beauty of the Mara. Upon landing at Olkiombo airstrip, a representative from the Mara Bush Camp will welcome you and escort you to your safari tent. After settling in, enjoy a hearty lunch prepared by our top-notch chefs. You'll be served tea and coffee in the afternoon. Once refreshed, prepare for your first game drive in the Mara. In the comfort of your 4x4 vehicle, our experienced guide will take you through the vast plains, getting up close with the diverse wildlife. After an exciting afternoon, return to the camp for a delectable dinner under the African stars. Enjoy the tranquil night, relaxing by the campfire, or retire to your safari tent and fall asleep to the serene sounds of the bush.
The second day begins with an early wake-up call for a sunrise game drive; this can be an extended half-day excursion with a picnic breakfast amidst the untouched wilderness. After a morning full of adventure, return to the camp to enjoy a relaxed lunch. The afternoon gives you time to rest before heading out for your second scheduled game drive. As the heat subsides, animals become more active, and you might catch sight of some nocturnal species. Return to the camp for an evening of relaxation and another fantastic dinner. Share your day's adventures around the campfire, under the stars, before you call it a night.
Start your day with an early final game drive to capture the last of the Maasai Mara's magnificent wildlife. Return to the camp for breakfast and to pack and bid your farewells. You will then be transferred back to the Olkiombo airstrip for your scheduled light aircraft transfer back to Nairobi.
Simply provide your preferred travel dates when booking, and our team will schedule the flight with our certified charter partner. Flight details and meeting instructions will be sent to you via email 7 days before departure.
Each passenger is allowed one soft duffel bag (max 15 kg) plus a small personal item. Hard-sided suitcases aren’t permitted due to aircraft space limitations.
Yes. While we’ve preplanned two shared drives per day and one extended half-day drive, you can request private or off-schedule drives subject to vehicle and guide availability (additional fees may apply).
Children aged 5 and above are welcome. Infants (under 2) may travel in lap, but cabins have limited safety equipment—please let us know if you’re bringing an infant so we can advise appropriately.
Safety is our top priority. If weather prevents the charter from flying, we’ll rebook you on the next available flight or offer a complimentary road transfer option. All changes are communicated immediately by our operations team.
